The story behind the cup
Produced by the CADEFIHUILA cooperative, where coffee has been an integral part of the community for generations. Grown at elevations between 1300 and 1900 meters and shaded by native trees, this coffee captures the unique characteristics of Huila’s terroir.
This Colombian coffee offers a flavor profile with notes of citrus, black tea, and apricot, complemented by subtle hints of crème caramel. Its medium body and bright citric acidity bring balance and vibrancy to each cup, while a long and fruity aftertaste leaves a lasting impression. The harmonious balance and medium acidity make this coffee enjoyable for most brewing methods.
Recommendation We recommend ordering whole bean coffee for maximum freshness and flavor. Ground coffee starts to oxidize and age, resulting in a flat flavor. Customer satisfaction is not guaranteed for ground coffee.
